How It Works

Initially, you are invited to view an online list of job competency models that cover a variety of jobs and job families (front desk hotel clerks, mid-level business managers, call center agents, etc.). The next step is to simply choose the model that best fits your needs. Email links are then sent to your chosen participants.

After your employee or prospective hire completes the test, a customizable report outlining their results is electronically generated and delivered to you. The report will include competency results and can include interview questions for selection or growth tips for development purposes.

A Little Background

The job competencies that make up the Standard Job Library were created from a variety of sources including literature, research and the O*NET database. Directors of Human Resources and hiring managers in the field will find the SJL easy to use and understand. The reports are clear, succinct and written to a client's perspective.

The Devine Standard Job Library is user-intuitive and completely web-enabled, allowing an employee or job candidate to take the assessment anytime from any location with Internet access.
