What is Interview Right™?

Interview Right™ is a comprehensive, interactive computer-based training program that examines the main points of high-quality, structured employment interviewing.

The CD will cover skills such as active listening, taking effective notes, describing your job requirements and achieving consensus from multiple interviewers. It also will touch on the legalities involved with interviewing and explain how to effectively prepare, open, conduct and close a professional structured interview.

Our interview training session will teach you and your hiring managers how to make a sound investment in your company’s future—by making it a priority to select carefully and appropriately your most important asset: your people.

Devine provides a wide range of training opportunities related to structured behavioral interviewing. Sessions range from a half-day to two days in length and include both standard and customized content.
